Oliver Simon, Daniel Baur and Carl Clifton, under the umbrella of K5 Media Group, established a new sales division called K5 Independent. K5 Independent focusses on feature films with budgets up to US$ 5 million.
With a determined strategy that focusses on quality, niche audience films, K5 Independent targets up to 6 feature films per year. Neither language nor genre is given any particular priority. Rather we seek out films that are unique and distinctive in their own way. —
K5 Independent is constanty exploring new ways of selling and distributing films. K5 Independent has access to all resources of the K5 Media Group from finance and production through to distribution.
